You have my expertise as an eleven year resident of Ocean Hills Country Club, I know the ins and outs of each of the eight individual villages within OHCC, and I will provide you with the insight you will need to make the right buying decision.

When I represent you as a listing agent, you are hiring not only a Realtor who has been selling this community for the last eleven years, but a resident who has been living here for the last eleven years, as well. I am aware of all the disclosures involving our community, and will explain to you the importance of disclosing EVERYTHING, even repairs that have already been completed. In addition, I am an accredited staging professional who will help create that WOW impression when buyers walk through your entryway.

I will consult with you regarding ideas and suggestions I have for pricing your house. Sometimes a house may need new carpeting, or cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, windows washed, accessories added . . . a little bit of a "face lift"! I come up with the suggestions, you make the decisions.

I follow up with Realtors after they show your home. It's important to hear what other Realtors and their clients have to say about your house. I write a supplement to the standard multiple listing on the internet regarding any and all upgrades you have. These factors may determine whether or not a realtor will choose your home to show to their buyers.

I guide you when we receive an offer. We all decide what to accept and what to reject or counter. I give you my expertise, my experience and input, but the ultimate decisions are left to you!
